Built on what Italian banks and funding bodies assess

In Italy, banks, microcredit providers and public funding programmes routinely ask for a business plan before evaluating a new business. Our reports follow the structure they review:

What Italian banks and funding bodies assessHow your report covers it
Sources and uses of fundsHow much you need and how it is covered: own capital, bank loan, grant
Monthly cash flowWhether the business has enough liquidity month by month, including the start-up phase
Debt service coverage (DSCR)How many times operating cash flow covers the loan instalments; banks usually look for at least 1.2x
Break-even pointThe revenue needed to cover all costs, and the safety margin above it
5-year projectionsIncome statement, cash flow and balance sheet, year by year
Project descriptionBusiness model, market, organisation, investment plan

Who reviews your report

Every report is prepared and personally reviewed by a business planning consultant based in Italy, who works on business planning and new business start-ups and is also qualified as RSPP (workplace health and safety officer under Italian law). Calculations use a tested financial model; digital tools, including AI for drafting, support the work, and nothing is delivered without the consultant’s review.

How it works

1

Choose your service

Feasibility analysis, business plan for banks or for grants. Secure online payment.

2

Complete the questionnaire

Describe the activity, location, investment, expected sales and costs. Attach quotations, financial records or the bank’s or programme’s instructions. Estimates are fine: just mark them as such.

3

We prepare and review

A business planning consultant builds the projections and reviews calculations, assumptions and texts. If essential information is missing, we contact you.

4

Receive your documents

By email, within 1–2 business days of the complete questionnaire. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays.

Know what your investment depends on

A useful business plan makes its assumptions visible. Your report separates the information you supplied, the estimates used and the points that need further verification, so you can see how sales, costs and funding affect the project.

The analysis may show that a project needs adjustment. Its purpose is to support an informed decision, including when the figures do not support going ahead as planned.

Clear scope

A report does not guarantee bank financing, grant funding, investment returns or approval by any authority. The service does not include legal or tax advice, company incorporation, due diligence or submission of applications.

Visa matters require a qualified immigration lawyer. Some routes, such as Italia Startup Visa, ask for a detailed business plan with the application: your lawyer assesses the route, we prepare the plan.
